You must not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion agreement, a third-party exclusion order, or any regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation in online gambling or betting activities. Players who have previously requested self-exclusion from the Platform are ineligible to re-register without following the formal self-exclusion reinstatement process.
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the twcbet2 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering an Account on the twcbet2 Platform, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. twcbet2 shall not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify twcbet2's Customer Support team immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
All Accounts on the twcbet2 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via alternative currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor. twcbet2 does not absorb exchange rate losses incurred during currency conversion.
twcbet2 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application without providing reasons, and to conduct additional eligibility checks on any applicant or Account Holder at any time.
The twcbet2 Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of third parties, operate the Platform as a business service, or use automated tools, bots, scripts, or systems to interact with the Platform without express written consent from twcbet2.
twcbet2 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or modify access to any portion of the Platform at any time and for any reason, including for scheduled maintenance, technical updates, regulatory compliance, or security concerns. twcbet2 shall endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Players using the twcbet2 Platform agree to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. Any conduct that is harassing, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful toward other Players, twcbet2 staff, or third parties is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser, and internet connection are suitable for accessing the twcbet2 Platform. twcbet2 is not liable for any losses attributable to connection interruptions, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities during live wagering sessions.
twcbet2 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits:
Deposits made via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via FPX are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes. All stated processing times are estimates only and may vary.
Withdrawals are subject to the following requirements before processing:

We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited and to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation where suspicious activity is identified. twcbet2 will only process withdrawals to payment accounts or bank accounts held in the name of the registered Account Holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
twcbet2 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback incentives, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier benefits to Account Holders. All such bonuses are subject to these Terms and to any additional bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of offer.
Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible game categories will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using Accounts in coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or otherwise acting in bad faith with respect to promotional offers — will have their bonuses voided, their winnings forfeited, and their Account suspended or permanently closed.
twcbet2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Such modification shall not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of modification, unless there is evidence of bonus abuse.
Birthday Bonus: Players enrolled in the twcbet2 VIP Programme may receive a birthday bonus aligned to their tier (Bronze: MYR 188, Silver: MYR 388, Gold: MYR 888, VIP: MYR 2,688). Birthday bonuses are subject to minimum tier wagering history verification and standard bonus wagering requirements.
Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the twcbet2 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet selections, odds, and stake amounts before confirming a wager.
Odds displayed on the twcbet2 sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Odds displayed during the bet confirmation process represent the final accepted odds for that wager. twcbet2 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds and to void bets placed on materially incorrect odds.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by event, game type, and Account tier. twcbet2 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts at its discretion.
twcbet2 reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; (b) a manifest pricing error is identified; (c) the wager was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) technical error resulted in an incorrect acceptance. Voided wagers will be refunded to the Account Balance at the staked amount.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twcbet2 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds in the Account Balance, including winnings. twcbet2 reserves the right to refer such matters to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and our internal compliance obligations, twcbet2 requires all Account Holders to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, before accessing full Platform functionality.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, twcbet2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
twcbet2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit twcbet2's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
twcbet2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit the Account Balance, where the Account Holder has been found to have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Account Holders may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting twcbet2 Customer Support. Prior to Account closure, any remaining real-money Account Balance (exclusive of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Account Holder's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Upon Account suspension or closure, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 12, 13, and 15 — shall survive and continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by twcbet2's registered place of incorporation.
In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail.
twcbet2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account Holders via email notification or prominent in-Platform notice. The amended Terms will take effect upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 14.2.
